Training sisters Dutch Welcome Village 2003

A Dutch team of trainers again went to the WelcomeVillage to train 20 employees working in the care sector. This training partly consisted of a repetition of the theoretical material and skills from 2002. In addition, new knowledge was transferred and new skills were practiced. This time, in addition to caring aspects, the emphasis was on the daily activities of the residents of the Welcome Village and the provision of First Aid. Again, the trainers were healthcare professionals working in the Maria-Oord nursing home in Vinkeveen: 3 nurses and an Activities Supervisor. This training was also concluded with a written exam and this time all participants passed.
