Learning Path Plan Medi-Aid

In Sri Lanka there is a growing need for employees who are able to care of older recipients and who can give the care they need. More and more also in Sri Lanka elderly dependent on care by others than their own relatives. Unfortunately there are too few trained people at the moment who can answer this growing demand. The Sri Lankans still lack the ability to transmit this specific knowledge and skills to others. For Medi-Aid this was reason enough to put this request for help in a multi-year project, translating into a learning plan. Below is a link to the contents of our learning plan.
